FAQ

There's nothing to expire. The Free plan is the full app with every service, limited to five sites and five databases, for as long as you like. Upgrade to Pro whenever you need more.

The limits. Free serves up to five sites and five databases; Pro has no limits, and adds watched folders so new projects appear in Indigo on their own. Every service, every version and every other feature is in both.

A site is a site in any of your stacks, running or not. A database is a database you've created in MySQL, MariaDB or PostgreSQL, counted across all your stacks. The engines' own system databases don't count, and neither does Redis or Mailpit: those are services, and every service is free.

Indigo tells you plainly, and nothing you've already built is touched. Free up a site or a database, or upgrade to Pro: the limit lifts the moment your licence is in.

Yes. There's no personal-use clause on the Free plan. The only limits are the five sites and five databases.

No. Indigo 2 installs over the top of Indigo 1 and picks up your licence on first launch, along with your stacks, sites and databases. Nothing to re-enter. See the download page for what to know before you upgrade.

You will find many answers in the documentation, and the Indigo community is active on the Indigo forums.
