Download Indigo 2.
Your download should start by itself. If it doesn't, download Indigo 2 here.
For Apple silicon Macs • macOS 15 Sequoia or later
Free to download. The Free plan serves five sites and five databases. Indigo Pro has no limits.
Coming from Indigo 1?
Indigo 2 installs over the top. On its first launch it snapshots your 1.x settings and stack files before changing anything, then carries everything across: stacks, sites, databases, and your licence. Nothing to re-enter.
It's quicker, too: Indigo 2 gets a new stack running 3.6× faster than Indigo 1, and starts existing stacks twice as fast.
Median of five runs: Nginx + PHP 8.3 + MySQL 8 stack, M1 MacBook Air, macOS 15.
Keeping a way back
If you ever want to return to 1.x, the guide is here: Reverting from Indigo 2 to 1.
One thing to know first: Indigo 2 ships newer database engines, and a database that has run under 2.0 may not open under 1.x again. If you have data you'd miss, export a dump of it before you upgrade, while you're still on 1.x. (The revert script will warn you about any database started under 2.0.)
MySQL 5.7
It's an Intel-only engine, so on an Apple silicon Mac it runs under Rosetta. If a stack needs it, Indigo will offer to install Rosetta for you. Or move the data to MariaDB: migrating from MySQL 5.7 to MariaDB.
On an Intel Mac, or macOS 14?
Indigo 1.x keeps working as it does today, and your licence is valid for it. Download Indigo 1.
What you'll need.
Indigo 2 requires macOS 15 Sequoia or later (including macOS 27 Golden Gate), on an Apple silicon Mac.
